2003 Pepperbridge Cabernet- $89
One of the house favorites! The Pepperbridge Cabernet is dark, complex, rich and polished. This wine is loaded with layers of spice, blackberry, mocha, cedar and graphite. The finish is very well balanced with ripe fruit and subtle tannins.
Barrister Rough Justice- $68
The Cabernet Sauvignon based blend was assembled from some of the finest vineyards in Washington including Seven Hills, Pepperbridge and Dionysus. The wine is a blend of fifty five percent Cabernet Sauvignon, ten percent Syrah, thirty percent Merlot, and five percent Cabernet Franc. It has a complex smoky nose of jammy fruits with a nice long finish. We were lucky to get our hands on this wine this year. Last year it sold out upon release. Wine enthusiast awarded this meritage a score of 90 points.
1996 Barbaresco Gallina- $130
This classic Italian wine features a medium nose of smoke, tar, leather, spice, plum, current, anise, and light vanilla. This wine is full bodied, medium plus intensity, with good acidity and tannic structure. Prominent flavors include cherry liquor, smoke, vanilla, spice, and anise with a touch of leather. A very well balanced Italian red wine.
